The video from Tell House analyses why a mass tourist project of Dubai ‘ The World ‘ is not yet completed.

‘ The World ‘ is a project on construction of islands in the shape of countries of the world to constitute an archipelago in the shape of the world near the coast of Dubai. The project was started in 2003 by Nakheel Properties, a company owned by Dubai government. It was expected to be competed in 2008. The islands were meant to host tourist resorts, luxurious hotels etc. It was expected to have the potential to boost up the tourism revenue of Dubai by large amount. But even 10 years after the construction of islands, they still remain empty. What happened in the midst of the project that brought such a large tourist project to standstill. Let’s find out.
