Hi in this video we travel over to Dubai and visit one of if not my favorite gym in Dubai -Train SF Gym.

This gym was a big inspiration for my own gym Ultimate Fitness Birmingham where we share some of the same equipment like Hammer Strength and Atlantis Gym.

I meet up with good friend of mine and top Classic physique Bodybuilder Tony Richards where we have a tour of this amazing gym and grab a back workout together.
