Whether you’re checking out XSlingshot, XDubai’s new human slingshot (really), or taking the to the skies and skydiving over the Palm Jumeirah at Skydive Dubai, or if you’re just looking to get some street food in Dubai, there’s tonnes you need to try.

This episode of Time Out Quick guides has got ten of the top things you need to try in Dubai in 2019, including some of the city’s newest attractions (spoiler alert, Bluewaters island also made the list).

Great work guys – love your videos! Here are some of my "other" favorites (in addition to your list!): cycling at Al Qudra in the desert, Global Village!, shopping in the Old Town Souqs, the Center for Cultural Understanding, riding the metro, the fountains (of course), tour of the Dubai Opera (cool building!), Jameel Arts Center (so cool, and it's FREE), Etihad Museum, Alserkal Avenue, Ski Dubai, Irish Village…

I literally just came back from Dubai after being there for 6 days. Here are the things that I did. Xline, Desert Safari ( is cheap, Hot Air Balloon ( is cheap, Visit the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi (don't pay for a tour. Rent a car and drive yourself because it's free to enter and car rental is cheaper than paying for tour for two people). At the Top, Burj Khalifa (get tickets ahead and pick a time. Get there 30 minutes to hr before). Lunch over by Atlantis (free valet, once you dine. We ate at Mexican restaurant outside. Observatory deck on 52nd floor of Marriott Harbour Hotel (best view of palms for free. Just go and order two drinks) You get free valet with that. Dinner in the Sky right next door to Skydive Dubai (WONDERFUL) DUBAI MALL (Just stroll and eat and check out human waterfall etc.) Dubai Fountain boardwalk (Groupon tickets were $8 us for 2 people). Dubai Frame… Don't waste time going in. Just go for sunset and enjoy the actual structure. It's crap inside and nothing like the Burj. Dubai water Canal fountain. Nice to park and watch the boats go by when it opens (free). Global Village, extremely cheap. Miracle Gardens. Jetski for cheap close by the Dubai Eye (check The mall for the aquarium but honestly it's not that impressive to go into along with the underwater zoo. Just observe from outside and stretch your legs. Take a breakfast or dinner cruise from the marina. Heck! Rent a yacht for yourself and about 4-6 people. It's dirt cheap on
