The Shaikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi has been selected as one of the world’s most beautiful mosque. It is also among one of the world’s biggest mosque. The Grand Mosque ( Abu Dhabi Masjid ) was constructed between 1996 and 2007 . The project was launched by the late president of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who wanted to establish a structure that would unite the cultural diversity of the Islamic world with the historical and modern values of architecture and art.His final resting place is located on the grounds adjacent to the complex.

Although tourists who come to United Arab Emirates love to visit Dubai because of its beaches, Burj -al- Arab (seven star hotel) ,Burj Khalifa (World’s biggest building) and The Dubai Mall but they also visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque , Abu Dhabi to admire its architecture, art and beauty.
