The Creek area of Dubai is more like the old traditional Dubai. The Creek area is full of the souqs (markets) most famous being Gold Souq, Spice Souq, and Textile Souqs all within easy walking distance. You can hop on a small boat called an Abra for 1 Dirham (about 20 ₹) which takes you to the other side. From the Deira side with all the souqs you can cross to the historical Al Fahidi area and visit the museum. Loved the creek crossing and basically spent about half an hour going to and fro. Well worth spending a lazy afternoon at the Creek.

Though I will cover the Gold Souq in upcoming videos.
