One of the consequences of the pandemic has been increased sensitivity and awareness of our wellbeing and mental health. As a new era of hybrid working dawns, our homes will need to be adapted to support both professional productivity and physical and mental resilience. Design and technology are stepping up to the challenge with smart apps and devices to keep us active, socially engaged and connected to the calming effects of nature without the need to even leave the house.
