Dubai Desert Safari tour is one of the most fun and money-worthy of all my travel experiences.

The desert safari in Dubai usually includes a number of fun activities, such as camel rides and dune bashing. Safaris conducted during the evening and night may also include cultural shows, barbecue options, and desert camping packages. Stargazing and hot air balloon rides are also popular activities here.

In 2021, I took the Package of Evening Desert Safari plus Evening Dhow Cruise in Dubai Creek.

These activities are done separately on different dates. In 2022, I only took the Evening Desert Safari Dubai – Basic Package with pick-up & drop-off bus service from the city which costs 55 AED.

Can I wear shorts in Desert Safari Dubai?
– Wearing shorts may be a good idea, but I couldn’t stress enough that trousers are the best clothing for a desert safari. Dubai desert tours usually involve a lot of sand activities like sandboarding or dune bashing, which means you’ll most likely get sand all over your body.

There is no specific dress code for Dubai desert safari. However, it is important to wear modest clothes, preferably light-coloured linen or cotton. Shorts, light tops, t-shirts, jeans are fine for men, women and kids. Jackets or shawls come handy during the evening.
