Al Fahadi Fort is the oldest existing building in the city. A must visit for the taste
of old Dubai.
Dubai Fort is situated at the south of the Dubai Creek.It was built in1787 and was once
a monarch base, a defense force, a weapon of arsenal and prison before renovating in
1971 by Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the same year United Arab Emirates was formed and the fort was reopened as Dubai Museum.
