Updated: April 6, 2024

Welcome to the interesting facts channel – a channel that gives you interesting facts
and helps you through life’s obstacles.
Dubai is a very awe striking destination for you to visit. A one-stop-shop for tourists – .
In today’s video, we will be discussing the Heart of Europe: Dubai’s Luxury Resort.
The heart of Europe is located 2 miles from the coast of Dubai and is offering you a variety of everything western. From dining experience, resorts, cafés, and boutiques and even the cultural experience you get it all from the Heart of Europe. Budgeted for a whopping 5 billion dollars the megaproject is set to accommodate 16 thousand tourists offering them the luxurious and elegant experience in Europe. It’s also located just  4 km away from Palm Jumeirah.
It spans across six islands and is home to pristine beaches, castles, and all other amenities you can think of.  The other islands included in the man-made archipelago are Germany, Sweden, St Petersburg, Switzerland, and Main Europe. Islands are connected by bridges so it’s easy to go from one place to another. Now, who would say they traveled the best of Europe in a day? Take it from the developer Josef Kleindienst, in an interview he said  “ Our goal is to have from at least each European country, one food, and beverage outlet”, he also said, “This will allow you to have dinner in Germany, breakfast in France and lunch in Italy”.
Now talking about the developer, Josef Kleindienst, — his firm JK properties are in charge of the development of the Heart of Europe.  The plan is to create a resort that is fully immersive in the European experience. Unlike the countries in Europe where the climate is very fair, not too warm and not too cold, the setting of this European-themed man-made archipelago is very far from that condition. So, they came up with a plan to make an ambitious outdoor snow amenity that is set to amaze everyone given that it is located on a very hot island. If you think an outdoor snow machine is already mind-blowing, wait till I tell you another brilliant idea of theirs. They also built a massive artificial rainfall machine. These are the back-up plans if ever the temperature exceeds 27 degrees Celsius. A Very wise decision indeed. According to reports, stores and facilities in the area are only accepting Euros as currency. So be ready to have those currencies changed if ever you are planning to pay a visit to the Heart of Europe.
The recent pandemic outbreak may have paused everything in the world, but the Heart of Europe continued its development at a very aggressive pace, and they are expecting to open phase 1 by the end of this year. The first phase, if everything will go as planned, will offer the “world’s first attraction”. They will introduce the first underwater hotel with a gym and spa, the first dedicated wedding hotel, the world’s first artificial rainy street, the first floating and underwater living experience, and the world’s first outdoor snow plaza. Now for a first, that is too many. These attractions, if you may, will also be complemented by the Sweden beach palace, Germany villas, Honeymoon Island, Portofino hotel, and Cote d’Azur resort. Along with these fascinating firsts and exciting amenities, it will also feature 100 thousand natural corals and a coral nursery, there will also be an ancient Mediterranean tree that will be imported from Spain and is said to be aging up to 1500 years old.
Let’s get to know the islands more.
THE FLOATING SEAHORSE VILLAS
These are three-level villas with underwater living, glass-bottom jacuzzi, and private man-made coral reefs and are connected to the Honeymoon island which you can visit by jet skis.  Each villa will feature modern technology and outdoor climate-controlled areas.
GERMANY ISLAND
It has 15 beachfront villas, 17 lagoon villas, and is facing onto the azure-blue lagoon with its own bar, lush gardens, white sandy beaches, and palm trees. The villas are inspired by the Bauhaus. The plan is to introduce German carnivals, Christmas markets, the infamous Oktoberfest, and the finest German-style cuisine as well as German beers and wines.
SWEDEN ISLAND
Inspired by the Swedish Viking Vessels the island has 10 four-story palaces, 7-bedroom waterfront homes with full amenities such as gyms and saunas, and of course part rooms in each of the houses. It also offers fine Swedish cuisine.
