I had an amazing experience with @Balloon Adventures Dubai in my hot air balloon adventure. Summary of my trip:

1) It was so easy to book, the staff were available on WhatsApp and very friendly & professional.
2) They will pick you up from any hotel (not your house). My trip started at 3:30am and I was back at 8:30am.
3) We spent 50 mins in the air.
4) No toilets when we reach the desert area but at heritage camp where you will have the breakfast, yes they are available.
5) I paid 1000 dirhams. They had an offer and usually it is 1250 AED for adults and 1100 AED for kids.
6) It is a package of watching sunrise in hot air balloon, breakfast, camel riding & desert drive.

I LOVE IT and recommend it the best time to do it starting December to End of May I would say.
