Dubai is famous for using real gold in its food. Since I was staying at the Burji Al Arab I thought I give the 24KT Gold Cofee with 24KT Gold Ice Cream with Jello. Naturally, you must take a sip of the coffee to get your lips covered in gold, but it’s very gritty. Once you stir it becomes a creamy decandant with flakes of gold eglance. The ice cream did not have as much gold but the combination of creamy vanilla ice cream with a butterscotch flavor jello was interesting and happy I tried it.
If you are there it’s a nice way to treat yourself while sitting overlooking Dubai’s beautiful view.
