The Hatta Heritage Village is a reconstruction of a traditional mountain village in Hatta, Al Hajar Mountains, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Historically, Hatta Heritage Village was built with mud, palm trunks, fronds, reeds, and stone for the houses and mosque. There are 30 buildings in the village, many of which have interior furnishings typical of the UAE before the 1960s. A perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai city and experience the uniqueness of the village. It takes about an hour and a half to reach Hatta, A village in the foothills of the Hajar Mountains. Today’s travel story is about the Hatta Dam and kayaking in the dam.
