The request for this prestigious building came through at short notice. Within 48 hours Heavydrive GmbH had delivered the VSG 3000 KL 12 vacuum suction system for glass fins. An experienced Heavydrive operator gave on-site training in correct and efficient handling of the machinery. The suction system for the assembly of glass fins has a lifting capacity of 3 tonnes and is suitable for panes up to 12m in length.
It was used to install 57 long and heavy panes weighing up to 2.5 tonnes into the façade opening.
