A day after Christmas last year, we visited Al Qudra with our family. We planned to catch the sunrise, but we were a bit late. We passed by the flamingo lake before we headed to the desert to set out our camp. We had some BBQ for lunch, then just chilled until sunset. Gab played all day on the sand dunes and danced with his cousins.

Al Qudra is a perfect desert oasis that would only take 30 minutes from the city. If you are looking for a quick escape, then you might want to pay Al Qudra a visit.
