Relax, enjoy and eat at Al Mamzar
The seaside spot also offers many pleasant grassy areas for a picnic, so you can bask in the sunshine, while having a barbecue meal in the cooler months. The gardens contain more than 1,600 palm trees, 300 coconut trees and over 55,000sqm of green lawns. You can also get VIP treatment with a choice of air-conditioned and rentable chalets. Need a snack? Food kiosks situated throughout the beach park give you ample opportunity to grab a quick bite by the water.

Al Mamzar Beach Park is the city’s first integrated leisure destination, combining smart beach and park services. It is open from 8am to 10pm daily, with extended evening hours over the weekend, and entry costs only AED5 per person. The best time to visit the park depends on what you’d like to do; for a barbecue, consider going in the evening to take advantage of the setting sun, or head over in the afternoon to get a tan near the beach followed by bites from any of the kiosks nearby. Reserve a chalet or book a facility on the official website in advance to make the most of your day out in the sun.
