Aligned with the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the goals of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, Dubai Municipality has appointed AE7 to design Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary Development Project. The initiative focuses on enhancing biodiversity, protecting natural habitats, and elevating the sanctuary as a leading sustainable eco-tourism destination, enriching the quality of life for both residents and visitors.

This sculptural eco-design enriches visitor experiences at Ras Al Khor while preserving its Ramsar wetland status. Inspired by the habitat, the open-air structures use natural ventilation and solar studies. Highlights include trails, wildlife hides, lookout towers, and a children’s eco-village, creating a year-round, immersive ecotourism destination.
