While the city may have a reputation for the expensive and the always-new, Time Out’s new #LocalLegends series will take you inside some of Dubai’s longest-standing and most affordable restaurants – the kind of places every resident should try at least once, and every tourist should have on their list of places to eat while on holiday in Dubai.
