7-Day Dubai Itinerary

Dubai is a city in the United Arab Emirates known for its modern architecture, safe living environment, luxurious lifestyle, & career opportunities. It has quickly become a hotspot for both tourists and expats alike. In Dubai you get to experience a little bit of everything. Modern city life, pristine beaches, scenic deserts, old-school souks, and so much more!

Here’s my suggested itinerary. With an endless amount of things to do and see, plan based on how laid back or action packed you prefer your #vacation.

Day 1:
Souk Madinat Jumeirah
Burj Khalifa, Abra Boat Ride on Burj Lake, Wings of Mexico, Dubai Mall + Fountain Show
Global Village (when running, open 4pm-12/1am)

Day 2:
Breakfast Yacht Cruise around Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina Walk
X-Line (highest urban zipline in the world)
Ain Dubai (observation wheel)
Mall of the Emirates (Ski Dubai is located here)

Day 3:
Start at the Miracle Garden.
Head to the Burj Al Arab for high tea in the afternoon (Book in advance. This is the only way to access the famous hotel as a non-guest)
Explore the gold & spice souks in “Old Dubai”.
Book a Dhow Dinner cruise on nearby Dubai Creek to end off the night.

Day 4: Day trip to Abu Dhabi where you can visit: Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Emirates Palace, Ferrari World, Yas Beach/Yas Island, Louvre Abu Dhabi

Day 5: Desert Safari
Start with a quick visit to Jumeirah Mosque and/or Dubai Frame if time allows.
Then, prepare for your Desert Safari! These packages can be anywhere from 4-7 hours. Packages include activities like camel rides, sand boarding, 4×4 Dune Bashing, ATVs, falcon feeding, & BBQ/dinner.

Day 6: Beach Day + Water Sports!
Plan to spend your day between 2 different beaches. Start with one that has water sports (I recommend doing a Jet Ski Tour) and end the day at a more relaxing and laid back beach
Best Dubai Beaches: Al Mamzar Beach, White Beach, Jumeirah Beach, Umm Suqeim Beach, JBR Beach, Kite Beach, Al Sufouh Black Palace Beach, Mercato Beach, La Mer Beach
Some beaches have entrance fees.

Day 7:
Check out nearby museums including the Museum of the Future & Etihad Museum. Catch up on any missed activities & pack!
