Welcome Back To Our Dubai Series!
In this video Vineet & I take you through the open street alongside the 1.8 km long Dubai Creek called “ Al Seef “ This place depicts the Emirati Culture of Dubai which beautifully blends in with the new & modern style. Al seef has a range of Cafes serving the traditional Arabic coffee & Tea as well as famous brands like Keventers & Starbucks. It also has Multi-cuisine as well as speciality Restaurants here. There are traditional open air markets selling Souvenirs & other handicraft items and you will also find shops selling everything from Shawls, Shisha, Branded Mobiles & Electronic Gadgets to Perfumes, Bags & much more. Further ahead is the Old Dubai Market, famous for it’s spices and handicrafts from the Midlle Eastern Regions. A special mention to high quality Saffron , Cinnamon & Cardamom at reasonable rates. We also got to see the Cheap Electronic Market in Dubai called Naif Souk which was at the other side of the creek and we chose to take the Ferry ride to reach there which was quite an experience. Unfortunately, being a Friday, the market was closed in the afternoon for Namaz and we had to come back. With various events lined up daily at Al Seef it has now become a famous tourist attraction and we will definitely visit this place every time when we are in Dubai.
Zabeel MINI House at Al Seef Dubai Creek
It’s always nice to see new places in Dubai and Al Seef is one of the Newly renovated attractions in Dubai near the Creek. and some time if am in deria and wanna come to bur dubai i love to use a boat called Abra to get me there. It’s just 1aed away. If you prefer the bigger boat that you have to buy a ticket from RTA it’s only 2aed only (not bad at all right?) Then when you get there, lots of different restaurants and to be honest it’s an intagramable place especially when the sun is up (we went on a semi winter weather) Evening time is also okay to visit because of the nice light decorations per restaurant and along the small Streets. Its restaurants are quite pricey so better to find a good one using entertainer or smiles.

Al seef is a heritage park with classic olden days looks with a modern touch. The park is located in Creek, Bur Dubai which is walkable distance from Dubai museum. I tried to put together couple of short video clips I took using my DSLR. Hope you enjoy this. Like and share 😁
AL Seef Dubai /Dubai Creek:
Al Seef is a bustling destination, spread over 1.8km, and rooted in Dubai’s culture and heritage, with a charming atmosphere that resonates throughout its distinct heritage and contemporary areas.
Dubai – its not just about Burj Khalifa, tall buildings and Dubai Mall and shopping. It’s also about Old Dubai – Bur Dubai, the Dubai creek, Al Fahidi Sou, Abra and more. In this video I toured all of these heritage spots in Dubai in a single day. Here are all the places I visited:
Started with Meena Bazaar in Bur Dubai. This place is known for it’s gold shops, perfume shops and also for a variety Indian food places in Dubai.
Passed along Dubai Museum and the BUR DUBAI Mosque
Then explored Bur dubai Souk.
Moved on to the Abra ride to cross over to the other side of Dubai creek.
Explore the spices souk and the gold souk. Dubai gold souk had me spell bound. The number of shops, the varieties were way too much. Easily the biggest gold market ever!
Then I went to explore Al Seef – a heritage village of sorts. This extends all the way up to Bastakiya and definitely shows a different side to Dubai. Highly recommend the Dhow cruise for a fun evening.
