Dubai & Abu Dhabi 2019 Updated for 2024

Updated: April 20, 2024

It all started from a regular weekend night we watched videos on Youtube and came cross Grand Mosque Abu Dhabi. We said to ourselves: “Let’s go!”. We then planned and traveled to the Middle East, for the first time.

Dubai is a rich, vibrant country which has many things to discover and experience. From the tallest building to the biggest malls in the world, Dubai is one of those cities that never fails to impress. Abu Dhabi (which is 2 hours from Dubai) also has fascinating architecture that simply took our breaths away. The local culture, religions, ways of life, skyscrapers, immigrants scene are what make Dubai & Abu Dhabi so unique. It was dazzling hot when we visited (September) but all in all, the trip was well-spent with everything we wanted to do, we did.
