Not completed yet but Bluewater island in Dubai has the tallest Ferris Wheel in the world coming up and the official completion date is not yet known but it looks like it would be this year.

The island is completed as scheduled and people have already moved in. The Cesar place hotels, resorts, and apartments are already up and running. They also have some event s coming up and the restaurants have also started opening up.
